This 50 year-old woman came to my Scottsdale Plastic Surgery office requesting larger breasts and a natural result. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone implants through a breast crease incision. As she was slightly smaller on her left side I used a larger implant to maximize symmetry.
