Buttock Augmentation – ‘Brazilian’ Butt Lift & Implants
in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Mesa and surrounding areas in Arizona
In the past few years, buttock augmentation has become continuously popular worldwide, providing patients with a shapelier and lifted buttock figure. This popularity is most likely related to the symbol of sensuality and femininity a shapelier buttocks has. At our practice, Dr. Gawley uses the most revolutionary methods for enlarging and reshaping your buttocks, including fat grafting, which uses your natural fatty tissue (also known as Brazilian butt lift), or buttock implants.
BENEFITS OF BUTTOCK AUGMENTATION
There are many advantages when it comes to a buttock augmentation. If you are wondering if you could benefit from this procedure, here are some reasons why buttock enhancement is an excellent option for creating a shapelier silhouette:
- Reconstruct a more balanced appearance, if your buttocks are too small for your body frame.
- If you are unhappy with a flat, square buttock shape, and would like more curves.
- If aging or weight loss has resulted in a sagging, flat or loose buttocks.
- Clothes and swimwear don’t fit properly on your figure.
- Your buttocks will have a firmer, rounder, and uplifted appearance, for a more curvaceous, youthful look.
HOW IT WORKS
Buttock augmentation is performed in two popular methods, including autologous fat transfer and buttock implants.
- Autologous Fat Transfer – “Brazilian” Butt Lift
During this process, a gentle form of liposuction is performed to harvest fat from one area of your body, which may include your abdomen, hips, backs, or thighs. Then the suctioned fat is processed for fat transfer and reinjected into small incision sites. These incisions are minimalistic and will be easily hidden by clothing. When fat grafting occurs, Dr. Gawley grafts the fat in layers at multiple levels to ensure a smooth, linear deposit of fat is left to enhance and reshape the buttock area. Then the incisions are closed, and a compression garment is worn after surgery.
- Buttock Implants
Implants are most commonly used for poorly defined buttocks, or for patients who have limited excess fatty tissue for harvesting. During this procedure, a soft rounded shaped silicone implant is placed through an incision in your natural buttock crease. However, other incision sites may be recommended. Then the implant is positioned above the pelvic bone and below the buttock muscle, or gluteal. Then the incisions are closed with sutures, and a compression garment is worn after surgery.
It is important to have an in-depth consultation with Dr. Gawley before your buttock augmentation to choose your ideal method based on your desired results.
