Amy started with Gawley Plastic Surgery in 2022 as the Director of Practice & Patient Experience. She has a robust background in managing and leading healthcare-focused teams. Amy works closely with our administrative and clinical staff, including our plastic surgeons, managing the day-to-day operations of Gawley Plastic Surgery. Prior to joining our team, Amy served as Director of Clinical Operations for Pain Stop Clinics, Before that, she was Vice President of Patient Experience & Patient Acquisition for Phoenix Spine & Joint ASCs. Amy began her career as a chiropractor, where she worked as team physician for the WNBA Connecticut Sun Women’s Basketball team in addition to treating NCAA Division 1 athletes for numerous types of spine and joint-related injuries. In 2015, she authored a self-published book about domestic violence titled, Pursepective: From Ruin to Resilience, which became an overnight #1 Amazon Bestseller.
