COVID-19 Visitor Management Program

Serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, Glendale, Mesa And Surrounding Areas In Arizona

Here’s what we’re doing for your safety and the safety of our staff:

  • Only healthy employees are permitted into our offices. We will take staff temperatures daily.
  • Staff members will wear masks at all times and gloves when needed.
  • We will heighten our already stringent cleaning protocols.
  • To comply with social distancing, we will be scheduling fewer appointments.
  • If you have been sick, have any flu-like symptoms or have been traveling internationally, wait 2 weeks before scheduling an appointment.
  • Please review our visitor in-office policy below.

Anyone entering our facility will be required to bring and wear a protective face mask at all times.

We continue to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 in our community and want to reiterate the safety of our patients, residents, their families and our caregivers remain our top priority. Under CDC recommendation, we have instituted a Visitor Management Program for all responsible adults who have accompanied a patient for their procedure.

More than one person accompanying a patient is strongly discouraged.

Unless the patient is a minor, only one adult will be allowed into the waiting room per patient.

In addition to following our routine stringent infection control protocols and procedures, we are in a heightened state of vigilance about disinfecting our facility. Special emphasis is placed on sanitizing high touch areas in common areas and restrooms.

No reading material will be allowed into our waiting room area or stored for visitor use.

Accompanying adults will be asked for a cell/mobile contact number that will be used for notification when the patient is ready for discharge and/or other update information.

All family members will be required to keep a minimal “social” distance from staff and other visitors.

All family members will be requested to wait for the patient in one of the following locations until contacted:

  1. Outer entrance lobby
  2. Own vehicle/outside parking area

Only parents of minor children will be requested to wait in the facility waiting room and will be allowed into the clinical area.

Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated as we continue to serve our patients and community by providing the highest quality health care in a safe responsible manner. We recognize this is an evolving situation and specifics are likely to change.

Help us help you!

We want you to get the most out of your consultation. If at all possible, it is best to make arrangements for small children to stay home rather than having them join us for your appointments.
