We want you to get the most out of your consultation. If at all possible, it is best to make arrangements for small children to stay home rather than having them join us for your appointments.

After you have decided to undergo a breast augmentation, a series of decisions have to be made. Our surgeons will use their years of experience serving the people of Arizona to help you make these decisions in an informed fashion.

When choosing among your many breast implant options, you are likely concerned less with the precise size of the implant itself and more with the resulting look of your breasts after your augmentation procedure. You might come in to your breast augmentation consultation with a specific bra cup size you are hoping to achieve after the procedure.

First, it’s important to understand that bra sizes are not standardized measurements. A B-cup bra from one brand is often a C-cup bra in another brand. As a result, it’s difficult to estimate your “true” cup size before your breast augmentation.

Second, your primary concern should be with the overall look and shape of your new breasts, not cup size. The size of your breast implants is quite important, but primarily in giving you the look you desire and providing an appropriate size for your frame.

Our surgeons and their staff are equipped to help you make these decisions. We’ll show you before and after photos of previous breast augmentation patients so you can get a sense of what a certain size of implant will look like. And we’ll use our experience to explain how the different sizes usually turn out for patients.
