Dr. Gawley takes an individualized approach to each patient. Combining his surgical skill with artistic insight, his ultimate goal is to achieve to best and most natural appearing results possible.

Dr. Bryan Gawley grew up in Mesa, graduating valedictorian from Mountain View High School and graduated summa cum laude with honors from The University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor of Science in Molecular biology. He remained in Tucson, and received his Medical Degree form U of A where he was also elected to the most prestigious medical honorary, AOA, in his 3rd year.

Dr. Gawley is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has completed a 5 year combined residency in General and Plastic Surgery at The University of Texas at Galveston. He is fully trained in the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery of the face and body, facial trauma, burn reconstruction, breast reconstruction, microsurgery, hand surgery, and cleft lip/cleft palate surgery.

In addition to his training in Galveston, Dr. Gawley completed an externship at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston learning reconstructive microsurgery, as well as a cosmetic externship in Miami, Florida. During his training, Dr. Gawley developed a special interest in breast surgery. He is an expert in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to breast augmentation, breast lift, and breasts reduction. He also has a special interest in endoscopic facial aesthetic surgery and body contouring.

Dr. Gawley has spent the last year as an associate of the Anderson Plastic Surgery Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Through, his association with Dr. Anderson, Dr. Gawley has become very skilled at many endoscopic surgical procedures including the endoscopic midface lift, which allows quicker recovery with no visible scars.

Dr. Gawley is currently a candidate member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons as well as the Maricopa County Medical Society, Maricopa Society of Plastic Surgeons, Arizona Medical Society, Singleton Surgical Society, and Blocker Lewis Surgical Society.

On a personal note, Dr. Gawley is an avid golfer and skier, and enjoys boating and spending time in the Arizona outdoors. His wife, Heather, also an M.D., recently completed her anesthesia training and practices that specialty in Phoenix.
